Cuisine Solutions pioneered the sous vide cooking method. We pioneered their brand.

Since 1971, the acclaimed scientists and chefs at Cuisine Solutions catapulted cooking into a new era as pioneers of the sous-vide method. Now, from Michelin-Star chefs to the average people looking to spice up dinner use this technique. To highlight their expertise and showcase our design chops, we started with a splashy, bold publication highlighting well-crafted recipes, custom photography and curated content from the masters themselves. 

Since the first issues launch, we’ve since gone on to create websites, paid and organic social media campaigns, an annual international holiday and social media contest, additional curated photo shoots, and retail packaging concepts and delivery. 

Although Issue 7 was the final printed publication, we pivoted to digitally-focused content and leaned on social media techniques to expand the Cuisine Solutions brand and put sous vide cooking on the map.
